DisneyLand does allow people to take their own food in.  Here are some of their tips for those with food allergies, intolerances or special dietary needs.

I’ve been told you can email Disney Guest relations with questions about your specific dietary concerns ahead of time. This may be helpful if you plan out your meals ahead of time at the park.  This can be done for allergies, intolerances and dietary restrictions.
